Application modules

Fit the application to your organization’s mission: turn on only what you need.

Core modules

Always on; they cannot be turned off.

  • Members : records, accessibility needs, consents.
  • Dashboard : daily summary.
  • Users, roles, lists and audit log : security and traceability (Law 25).
Optional modules

Check the modules to turn on. A disabled module disappears from the menu and its pages become unavailable; its data is kept.

  • Full-page chat with voice: complaint and letter drafts, plain language, translation, summaries. Off by default; processed in Canada, no retention. AUTAL default: off.
  • Complaint cases, RTL steps, due dates, appeals. AUTAL default: on.
  • Incoming and outgoing calls, follow-ups, complaint creation. AUTAL default: on.
  • Mailings by preferred channel: call, email, text, mail, video relay. AUTAL default: on.
  • Aggregated statistics for the annual report and funders. AUTAL default: on.
  • Events, capacity, registrations and accommodations (like RAAMM’s Horizon). AUTAL default: off.
  • Volunteer pool, availability and matching. AUTAL default: off.
  • Committees, meetings and partner directory. AUTAL default: off.
  • Donations and official receipts. Membership stays free. AUTAL default: off.

Prototype note: with JavaScript your choices are remembered in this browser and the menu updates. Modules are on here so the whole prototype can be visited, except the AI assistant, which is off by default.
